a wholly-owned subsidiary of CUSERVE Lending, LLC. CUSERVE is affiliated with Hudson Valley Federal Credit Union.

Meet the Leadership Team
Ray Chiamulera
President
Ray has worked in government guaranteed lending for over 30 years and has held managerial positions in Credit, Packaging, Closing, and Loan Servicing/Liquidation departments at leading financial institutions such as The Money Store, Popular Small Business Capital, and Quadrant Financial, Inc. (a subsidiary of First Chatham Bank).
Ray is a frequent presenter numerous conferences, including the Florida Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (FLAGGL), America East Lender’s Conference, and Southeast Small Business Lender’s Conference. Additionally, Ray frequently presents webinars for the Small Business Administration (SBA). Since 2010, he owned and operated Radar Lender Services.
Mary Wamsley
Director of Client Relations
Mary founded Strategic Banking Partners in July 2009. Previously, Mary served as Senior Vice President of Provident Bank's Business Banking Division for Maryland. Her prior experience includes over 30 years of Commercial Banking experience with Provident Bank and Bank of America. With this extensive background she's been able to solidify long lasting and quality relationships throughout the commercial lending and small business lending communities.
She served as Chairperson of the Washington District SBA Quality Circle for 2 years and served as Treasurer for the Baltimore SBA Quality Circle. She was awarded the Financial Services Small Business Advocate of the Year in 2007 and the Financial Services Advocate in 2012.
Michele Gershom
Chief Operating Officer
Michele boasts over a decade of experience in the SBA Lending industry, commencing her career at Quadrant Financial in 2010. Having spent five years at Quadrant, which was later acquired by Certus Bank, Michele joined the Radar Lender Services team in 2015, further refining her expertise in loan operations and leadership.
A graduate of Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, Michele majored in Finance, equipping her with the necessary skillset to excel in her career. She is passionate about helping clients reach their goals and overcome challenges.
